NGT STRATEGY 4.8 – TRADINGVIEW & WUNDERTRADING SETUP GUIDE

How to Install, Configure and Automate NGT Strategy with WunderTrading

The NEXT GEN TRADE STRATEGY WUNDERTRADING 4.8 can be connected to a WunderTrading Signal Bot to automate TradingView strategy signals on supported cryptocurrency exchanges.

The complete workflow is:

NGT Strategy on TradingView → TradingView Alert → WunderTrading Webhook → Signal Bot → Connected Exchange

WunderTrading acts as the execution bridge between TradingView and your selected exchange. Your exchange account is connected to WunderTrading through API credentials, while NGT Strategy generates and manages the trading signals inside TradingView.

NGT Strategy 4.8 can automatically manage:

  • Initial LONG Entry
  • Safety Order 1
  • Safety Order 2
  • Safety Order 3
  • Smart DCA Protection
  • Minimum Profit Exit
  • Maximum Profit Target
  • Optional SO2/SO3 direct profit exit
  • Optional Advanced Emergency Exit
  • Full LONG position closing

The strategy generates a separate dynamic WunderTrading message for Initial Entry, each Safety Order and every full exit.

1. BEFORE YOU START

You will need:

  • an active TradingView account
  • access to NEXT GEN TRADE STRATEGY WUNDERTRADING 4.8
  • a TradingView plan that supports webhook alerts
  • TradingView Two-Factor Authentication
  • a WunderTrading account
  • an account on a WunderTrading-supported cryptocurrency exchange
  • API access enabled on that exchange
  • sufficient trading balance or margin
  • a supported trading pair

WunderTrading currently supports Signal Bots for both spot and derivatives on supported exchanges, although exact market availability varies by exchange.

This guide is primarily intended for using NGT Strategy with supported perpetual/futures markets.

2. CONNECT YOUR EXCHANGE TO WUNDERTRADING

Before creating the Signal Bot, connect the cryptocurrency exchange where you want NGT Strategy to execute trades.

The general workflow is:

Exchange → Create API Key → WunderTrading → Add Exchange/API Connection

WunderTrading uses API connectivity to place and manage trades on your exchange account. Your funds remain on the connected exchange.

IMPORTANT API SECURITY

When creating your exchange API key:

Enable only the permissions required for trading and account access.

Normally this means:

  • Read permission
  • Trading permission

DO NOT ENABLE WITHDRAWAL PERMISSION.

WunderTrading specifically recommends disabling withdrawal permissions for connected API keys. Where supported by the exchange, IP whitelisting can provide additional protection.

Never share your:

  • API Secret
  • API Passphrase
  • exchange password
  • seed phrase
  • private keys

with another person.

3. CHOOSE YOUR EXCHANGE AND MARKET

WunderTrading supports connections to multiple cryptocurrency exchanges and allows TradingView Signal Bots to execute on supported markets.

Choose:

Exchange

The exchange account you connected through API.

Market

For this guide:

Futures / Perpetual

Trading Pair

For example:

BTC/USDT

or:

ETH/USDT

The exact pair selected in WunderTrading should correspond to the market being analyzed by NGT Strategy on TradingView.

4. ACTIVATE NGT STRATEGY ON TRADINGVIEW

NGT Strategy is provided through TradingView as an Invite-Only script.

After your Free Trial or paid NGT subscription has been activated, access is granted to the TradingView username you provided.

TradingView displays the Invite-only scripts section only after the author has granted your account access to at least one Invite-Only script.

Open:

TradingView → Supercharts

Then:

Indicators, Metrics & Strategies → Invite-only scripts

Select:

NEXT GEN TRADE STRATEGY WUNDERTRADING 4.8

The strategy will appear directly on your chart.

5. SELECT THE CORRECT TRADINGVIEW MARKET

Select the market that corresponds to the exchange and trading instrument you want WunderTrading to trade.

For example, if your WunderTrading Signal Bot will execute:

BTC/USDT Perpetual on your selected exchange

use the corresponding perpetual/futures market on TradingView whenever possible.

This helps keep:

  • market price
  • contract quantity
  • symbol
  • strategy calculations
  • live exchange execution

as consistent as possible.

6. USE STANDARD CANDLESTICKS

We recommend:

STANDARD CANDLES

Avoid synthetic chart types such as:

  • Heikin Ashi
  • Renko
  • Kagi
  • Range
  • Point & Figure

NGT Strategy uses real OHLC price information and confirmed candle structures as part of its entry and DCA reversal logic.

TradingView also warns that strategies generating trading signals on non-standard chart types can produce unrealistic strategy results.

7. RECOMMENDED TRADINGVIEW TIMEFRAME

Recommended: 3 MINUTES

NGT Strategy is a Multi-Timeframe Strategy.

It internally monitors:

  • 1D long-term trend
  • 4H trend
  • 2H Safety Order conditions
  • 1H trend and Safety Order conditions
  • 15M reversal confirmation
  • 5M exit RSI
  • 3M entry RSI

The timeframe inputs are already built directly into NGT Strategy.

The initial LONG entry uses higher-timeframe confirmation together with the 3-minute RSI crossing upward through the configured Entry RSI level.

For this reason, we recommend:

3-MINUTE STANDARD CANDLE CHART

8. SET THE STRATEGY START TIME

Before creating the live alert, open:

NGT Strategy → Settings → Inputs → Strategy Start Time

Enable:

Enable scheduled strategy start

Then set:

Strategy start date and time

The strategy does not allow new automated strategy trading actions before this time.

Recommended

For a completely new automation, set the start approximately:

5–10 minutes into the future

while completing the final setup.

This is useful because TradingView creates an independent server-side copy of a strategy when its alert is created. That copy first calculates historical data and then begins realtime processing.

A fresh Strategy Start Time helps you begin from a clean live NGT trading cycle.

9. CREATE A WUNDERTRADING SIGNAL BOT

Log in to WunderTrading.

Open:

Signal Bot

Then choose:

Create Bot

WunderTrading’s current setup process is:

Connect Exchange → Create Signal Bot → Configure TradingView Alert → Start Automated Trading.

10. SELECT THE CORRECT START CONDITION

This step is extremely important.

Inside the WunderTrading Signal Bot configuration, select:

TradingView Strategy

as the bot’s start/signal condition.

Do not select:

TradingView Indicator

NGT is a TradingView strategy, not a simple indicator.

WunderTrading’s own strategy automation instructions specifically distinguish between TradingView Indicator and TradingView Strategy automation.

11. CONFIGURE THE SIGNAL BOT

Select:

Exchange

Choose the API account you connected.

Market Type

Choose the appropriate futures/perpetual market for your exchange.

Trading Pair

Choose the pair NGT will trade.

Example:

BTC/USDT

Configure any additional WunderTrading execution parameters required by your chosen exchange and market.

For a new installation, keep the setup as simple as possible until you have verified the complete automation.

12. NGT STRATEGY IS LONG-ONLY

NGT Strategy 4.8 is designed around:

LONG ENTRY → ADD TO LONG → CLOSE LONG

The strategy does not generate normal SHORT entries.

Its WunderTrading messages represent:

  • flat → long for Initial Entry
  • long → larger long for Safety Orders
  • long → flat for exits

WunderTrading itself supports more advanced configurations, including simultaneous LONG and SHORT positions where supported, but those capabilities are outside the normal NGT 4.8 LONG strategy workflow.

13. CREATE THE WUNDERTRADING BOT

When the Signal Bot configuration is complete, create the bot.

WunderTrading will generate the information needed to connect TradingView.

The most important items are:

Webhook URL

and

TradingView Strategy JSON

WunderTrading’s official strategy automation flow instructs users to copy the generated TradingView Strategy JSON and Webhook into their TradingView automation setup.

NGT Strategy uses these slightly differently, as explained below.

14. COPY THE COMPLETE TRADINGVIEW STRATEGY JSON

WunderTrading generates a complete:

TradingView Strategy JSON

Copy the entire JSON message.

Do not copy only part of it.

IMPORTANT

Each WunderTrading bot contains its own unique identification information inside this JSON.

The NGT code explicitly warns that the bot-specific code is unique and that a JSON copied from another Signal Bot must not be used.

NEVER USE ANOTHER CUSTOMER’S JSON.

15. PASTE THE JSON INTO NGT STRATEGY

Return to TradingView.

Open:

NGT Strategy → Settings → Inputs → WunderTrading Signal Bot

Find:

WunderTrading TradingView Strategy JSON

Paste the complete JSON generated by your own WunderTrading Signal Bot into this field.

This is one of the most important differences between standard WunderTrading setup and the NGT integration.

Normally WunderTrading instructs users to paste the Strategy JSON directly into the TradingView Alert Message.

WITH NGT, DO NOT DO THAT.

NGT first stores the JSON inside the strategy and dynamically inserts the correct:

  • order action
  • order quantity
  • market position
  • previous position
  • symbol
  • price
  • time
  • order comment

before sending it through the TradingView alert.

16. WUNDERTRADING WEBHOOK URL – REFERENCE ONLY

NGT Strategy also contains:

Webhook URL – reference only

The current reference value in the strategy is:

https://wtalerts.com/bot/trading_view_strategy

The code identifies this as the normal WunderTrading strategy webhook endpoint.

IMPORTANT

The field inside NGT is only a reference.

The actual Webhook URL supplied by your WunderTrading Signal Bot should be copied into the TradingView Alert configuration.

Always use the current webhook information displayed by your own bot.

17. KEEP THE DYNAMIC QUANTITY CONFIGURATION

The NGT WunderTrading integration is designed to send the actual TradingView strategy order quantity dynamically.

The expected structure normally keeps:

"amount": "{{strategy.order.contracts}}"

and:

"amountIn": "contracts"

inside the WunderTrading-generated JSON.

The NGT code specifically expects this structure for its USDT-to-contract conversion.

DO NOT REPLACE THE DYNAMIC CONTRACT AMOUNT WITH A FIXED BOT AMOUNT

unless you deliberately want to override NGT’s position-sizing logic.

18. SET THE INITIAL ORDER VALUE

Open:

NGT Strategy → Settings → Trade Settings

Find:

Initial order value / USDT notional

Default:

55 USDT

This number represents the desired USDT notional value, not the raw number of coins/contracts.

NGT calculates:

Contract Quantity = USDT Notional ÷ Current Price

and rounds that value according to the configured quantity step.

Example:

Initial Order Value:

100 USDT

Asset price:

50,000 USDT

Approximate order quantity:

100 ÷ 50,000 = 0.002 contracts

19. CONTRACT QUANTITY STEP

Find:

Contract qty step – round down

Default:

0.0001

NGT uses this value to round calculated contract quantities downward.

Different exchanges and trading pairs can have different:

  • minimum quantities
  • quantity steps
  • contract specifications
  • minimum notionals

Always verify the contract specification of the market you are trading.

20. SAFETY ORDER SETTINGS

NGT Strategy 4.8 contains three Safety Orders.

SAFETY ORDER 1

Enabled: Yes
Price Drop from Initial Entry: 1.0%
Size Multiplier: 1.2×
Closed 1H RSI Level: 30
Reversal Timeframe: 15 minutes
Maximum Rebound: 0.5%

SAFETY ORDER 2

Enabled: Yes
Price Drop from SO1: 4.0%
Size Multiplier: 1.2×
Closed 2H RSI Level: 30
Reversal Timeframe: 1H
Maximum Rebound: 0.5%

SAFETY ORDER 3

Enabled: Yes
Price Drop from SO2: 8.0%
Size Multiplier: 1.2×
Closed 4H RSI Level: 30
Reversal Timeframe: 1H
Maximum Rebound: 0.5%

These are the current defaults in NGT Strategy WunderTrading 4.8.

21. SAFETY ORDERS REQUIRE REVERSAL CONFIRMATION

A Safety Order does not execute simply because the configured price-drop level has been reached.

The price drop first:

ARMS THE SAFETY ORDER

NGT then waits for additional reversal confirmation.

The strategy can use:

  • RSI reversal
  • Hammer / Bullish Pin Bar
  • Bullish Engulfing
  • Close above previous candle high

It also applies maximum-rebound protection to avoid executing a delayed DCA order after price has already recovered too far above the intended area.

22. CALCULATE YOUR TOTAL DCA EXPOSURE

Before using live trading, calculate the maximum possible allocation if all Safety Orders are executed.

Example:

Initial Entry:

100 USDT

SO Multiplier:

1.2×

Potential allocation:

Initial Entry = 100 USDT

SO1 = 120 USDT

SO2 = 120 USDT

SO3 = 120 USDT

TOTAL = 460 USDT

This is the planned notional allocation before considering:

  • leverage
  • trading fees
  • funding
  • slippage
  • exchange execution differences

Always choose your Initial Order Value according to your maximum acceptable total exposure, not only according to the size of the first order.

23. SMART DCA PROTECTION

NGT Strategy enables:

Smart DCA Trend Protection

by default.

The default mode is:

BALANCED

The strategy itself identifies Balanced as the recommended standard mode.

Available modes:

Conservative

Stronger higher-timeframe protection.

Balanced

Recommended general configuration.

Aggressive

Allows a confirmed Safety Order to be released sooner after a deeper or prolonged decline.

All modes still retain the strategy’s reversal-confirmation requirements.

24. EXIT SETTINGS

Default NGT exit settings include:

Minimum Profit

0.2%

Maximum Profit Target

Enabled

Default:

1.0%

There is also an optional:

After SO2/SO3: exit directly at minimum profit without RSI

function.

It is disabled by default.

25. SO2/SO3 DIRECT MINIMUM-PROFIT EXIT

When this optional feature is enabled after SO2 or SO3, NGT creates an internal TradingView limit target based on the weighted average position price.

When TradingView considers that order filled, NGT generates a full-position SELL webhook message for WunderTrading.

IMPORTANT

The TradingView limit target does not necessarily mean that an identical resting limit order exists on your connected exchange.

The actual exchange execution is handled by WunderTrading according to:

  • the Signal Bot configuration
  • the generated JSON
  • the connected exchange
  • market liquidity
  • order execution conditions

WunderTrading converts TradingView webhook signals into exchange orders through the connected API.

Therefore:

THE ACTUAL LIVE EXECUTION PRICE MAY DIFFER FROM THE TRADINGVIEW STRATEGY PRICE.

26. ADVANCED EMERGENCY EXIT

NGT Strategy also contains:

Advanced Emergency Exit

This module is:

DISABLED BY DEFAULT

When enabled, it can use:

  • 4H weakness detection
  • 4H support-break warning
  • rebound detection
  • maximum-loss protection
  • confirmed 1D trend break

Only enable the Advanced Emergency Exit after you understand how it changes the normal exit behavior.

27. DO NOT DUPLICATE NGT EXIT MANAGEMENT UNLESS INTENDED

WunderTrading Signal Bot can provide additional risk-management features such as:

  • Take Profit
  • Stop Loss
  • Trailing Stop
  • multiple Take Profits
  • move to breakeven

NGT Strategy already contains its own exit-management logic.

For the simplest NGT-controlled setup, avoid adding a second independent TP/SL system in WunderTrading unless you deliberately want an additional exchange-side protection layer.

Otherwise, WunderTrading may close or modify a position while TradingView’s NGT Strategy still believes the original position is open.

That can cause the two systems to become unsynchronized.

28. CONFIGURE THE WUNDERTRADING COMMENTS

Inside:

NGT Strategy → WunderTrading Signal Bot

you will see:

Initial long entry comment

Default:

ENTER_LONG

Safety Order / add-to-long comment

Default:

ADD_LONG

Full long exit comment

Default:

EXIT_LONG

These comments are inserted into {{strategy.order.comment}} when the generated WunderTrading JSON uses that TradingView placeholder.

For normal installation:

KEEP THE DEFAULT VALUES.

Only change them if your specific WunderTrading bot configuration deliberately uses different comment-based recognition.

29. CREATE THE TRADINGVIEW ALERT

Once:

  • NGT settings are final
  • WunderTrading Signal Bot has been created
  • the Strategy JSON has been pasted into NGT
  • position sizing is configured

create the TradingView alert.

Click:

Create Alert

Under:

Condition

select:

NEXT GEN TRADE STRATEGY WUNDERTRADING 4.8

For the NGT integration, use the strategy’s order-fill events.

TradingView strategy alerts can trigger whenever an order generated by the strategy is executed in realtime.

The NGT code is explicitly designed around:

ONE TRADINGVIEW STRATEGY ALERT FOR ORDER FILLS

30. ALERT MESSAGE — VERY IMPORTANT

In the TradingView Alert:

Message

field enter exactly:

{{strategy.order.alert_message}}

NOTHING ELSE.

Do not paste the WunderTrading JSON into this TradingView Message field when using this NGT version.

The JSON has already been pasted into:

NGT Strategy → WunderTrading TradingView Strategy JSON

NGT dynamically creates the correct message for each order and stores it in the Pine order’s alert_message.

TradingView’s {{strategy.order.alert_message}} placeholder then returns that specific message when the strategy order is executed.

31. WHY ONLY ONE NGT ALERT IS REQUIRED

NGT Strategy dynamically generates different messages for:

Initial Entry

ENTER_LONG

Safety Order 1

ADD_LONG

Safety Order 2

ADD_LONG

Safety Order 3

ADD_LONG

Full Exit

EXIT_LONG

Therefore you do not need separate TradingView trading alerts for:

  • Initial Entry
  • SO1
  • SO2
  • SO3
  • Exit

One NGT strategy order-fill alert handles the entire trade lifecycle.

32. ENTER THE WUNDERTRADING WEBHOOK URL

Inside the TradingView Alert, open:

Notifications

Enable:

Webhook URL

Paste the Webhook URL provided by your WunderTrading Signal Bot.

WunderTrading’s strategy setup instructions require the bot webhook to be entered into the TradingView alert.

TradingView sends the resulting alert payload to the webhook URL via HTTP POST. Valid JSON is sent with an application/json content type.

33. FINAL ALERT CONFIGURATION

Before clicking Create, verify:

Condition

NEXT GEN TRADE STRATEGY WUNDERTRADING 4.8

Trigger

Message

{{strategy.order.alert_message}}

Webhook URL

Your WunderTrading Signal Bot Webhook URL

Chart

Recommended timeframe

WunderTrading JSON

Then click:

CREATE

34. TRADINGVIEW 2FA IS REQUIRED

TradingView requires Two-Factor Authentication before webhook alerts can be used.

If the Webhook URL option is unavailable:

check that:

TradingView 2FA is enabled.

35. START THE WUNDERTRADING SIGNAL BOT

Return to WunderTrading.

Verify:

  • correct exchange API profile
  • correct market
  • correct pair
  • appropriate leverage where applicable
  • appropriate trading configuration
  • bot is enabled/running

Then activate the Signal Bot.

Your automation is now:

NGT → TRADINGVIEW → WUNDERTRADING → EXCHANGE

WunderTrading receives TradingView webhook signals and converts them into real orders on the connected exchange through the API connection.

36. LEVERAGE IS AN EXCHANGE/WUNDERTRADING SETTING

The NGT Strategy JSON dynamically sends trading direction and quantity information, but the actual leverage configuration depends on your WunderTrading bot and connected futures exchange.

NGT’s strategy-side position calculation is based on:

USDT notional → contract quantity

Therefore, always check:

  • exchange margin mode
  • leverage
  • available margin
  • liquidation price

before starting live automation.

Higher leverage increases both potential capital efficiency and liquidation risk.

37. TEST WITH DEMO OR SMALL CAPITAL FIRST

WunderTrading provides demo/paper-trading functionality and recommends testing automation before deploying significant live capital.

Before using your intended normal position size, verify:

  1. NGT generates an Initial LONG Entry
  2. TradingView triggers the alert
  3. WunderTrading receives the webhook
  4. the Signal Bot recognizes the message
  5. the connected exchange receives the order
  6. direction is correct
  7. quantity is correct
  8. SO1 adds correctly
  9. SO2 adds correctly
  10. SO3 adds correctly
  11. EXIT closes the full LONG position

START SMALL.

Only increase position size after the complete automation chain has been verified.

38. CHECK THE WUNDERTRADING SIGNAL BOT LOGS

WunderTrading records received TradingView signals in the Signal Bot logs.

If something does not execute correctly, check:

Signal Bot → Logs

and also:

Positions → History

WunderTrading specifically recommends checking Signal Bot logs when diagnosing signals that were received but did not result in the expected position.

39. DO NOT MANUALLY CHANGE THE POSITION UNLESS NECESSARY

NGT Strategy internally tracks:

  • Initial Entry
  • SO1
  • SO2
  • SO3
  • weighted average position
  • total strategy quantity
  • exit state

If you manually:

  • add to the position
  • partially close the position
  • fully close the position
  • reverse the position

on WunderTrading or directly on the exchange, TradingView may no longer have the same position state as the real exchange.

For reliable automated operation:

KEEP THE NGT STRATEGY AND LIVE EXCHANGE POSITION SYNCHRONIZED.

40. IF YOU CHANGE ANY NGT SETTING

TradingView creates an independent server-side copy of the strategy when the alert is created.

Changes made to the visible chart strategy afterward do not modify the strategy copy already running inside the alert.

Therefore, if you change:

  • Initial Order Value
  • Contract Quantity Step
  • Safety Order settings
  • Smart DCA settings
  • RSI settings
  • Exit settings
  • Advanced Emergency Exit
  • Strategy Start Time
  • WunderTrading Strategy JSON
  • WunderTrading comments
  • chart symbol
  • chart timeframe
  • other important strategy inputs

you should:

1. Stop/delete the old TradingView alert

2. Update NGT Strategy

3. Verify the WunderTrading bot

4. Set a fresh Strategy Start Time where appropriate

5. Create a new TradingView alert

This is essential for reliable automation.

41. IF YOU CREATE A NEW WUNDERTRADING SIGNAL BOT

A newly created Signal Bot may have a different unique bot code.

The NGT strategy explicitly warns that the code inside the generated Strategy JSON is bot-specific.

Therefore:

NEW SIGNAL BOT = NEW STRATEGY JSON

If you create a new bot:

  1. Copy the new TradingView Strategy JSON
  2. Paste it into NGT Strategy
  3. Delete the old TradingView alert
  4. Create a new TradingView alert

Do not continue using the JSON from the old bot.

42. USING MULTIPLE TRADING PAIRS

WunderTrading currently supports multiple trading pairs within Signal Bot functionality, including up to 10 pairs per Signal Bot.

However, each NGT TradingView chart runs its own strategy instance.

For first-time NGT installation, the simplest and easiest configuration to troubleshoot is:

ONE PAIR → ONE NGT STRATEGY INSTANCE → ONE TRADINGVIEW ALERT

Example:

BTCUSDT

TradingView BTC chart
→ NGT Strategy
→ TradingView Alert
→ WunderTrading Signal Bot
→ Exchange BTCUSDT position

Advanced multi-pair configurations should only be created after the single-pair workflow has been successfully tested.

43. USING MULTIPLE EXCHANGES

One of the main differences between the WunderTrading version and the direct Bybit/Bitget versions is that WunderTrading acts as a multi-exchange execution layer.

WunderTrading currently supports numerous exchange integrations and allows Signal Bots to execute TradingView strategies through connected exchange APIs.

This means NGT Strategy can potentially be used through WunderTrading on different supported exchanges without creating a completely different TradingView trading logic for every exchange.

ALWAYS VERIFY

that the selected exchange supports:

  • the market type you want
  • the trading pair
  • API trading
  • the required Futures functionality
  • the required order sizing

before activating automation.

44. DOES TRADINGVIEW NEED TO REMAIN OPEN?

NO.

After a TradingView strategy alert is created, TradingView runs an independent server-side copy of the strategy.

You can close:

  • TradingView browser tab
  • browser
  • computer

and the server-side alert can continue running.

However, automated trading should still be monitored.

Regularly check:

  • TradingView Alert status
  • Webhook status
  • WunderTrading bot status
  • Signal Bot logs
  • open positions
  • available margin
  • exchange connection
  • API status

45. COMMON PROBLEMS

NGT DOES NOT OPEN A TRADE

Check:

  • Strategy Start Time
  • Entry Status Table
  • 1D trend filter
  • 4H RSI
  • 1H RSI
  • 3-minute entry trigger
  • resistance filter
  • whether an NGT position is already open
  • whether calculated quantity is greater than zero

The NGT Entry Status Table is specifically designed to show which conditions currently allow or block a new LONG entry.

TRADINGVIEW ALERT FIRES BUT WUNDERTRADING DOES NOTHING

Check:

  • Webhook URL
  • Signal Bot status
  • Signal Bot Logs
  • Strategy JSON
  • unique bot code
  • connected API profile
  • trading pair
  • exchange permissions
  • available balance/margin
  • API connection

WunderTrading recommends inspecting Signal Bot logs and position history when signals do not produce the expected trade.

WUNDERTRADING RECEIVES AN ERROR JSON

If the NGT Strategy has not been configured with a WunderTrading Strategy JSON, the code intentionally generates:

WUNDERTRADING_STRATEGY_JSON_NOT_CONFIGURED

instead of pretending that a valid trading message exists.

Solution:

Paste the COMPLETE TradingView Strategy JSON from your WunderTrading Signal Bot into NGT Strategy settings.

WRONG ORDER QUANTITY

Check:

Initial order value / USDT notional

and:

Contract qty step – round down

Also verify that your WunderTrading Strategy JSON still uses the dynamic TradingView strategy contract quantity expected by NGT.

I CHANGED NGT SETTINGS BUT THE BOT STILL USES THE OLD SETTINGS

Delete the old TradingView alert and create a new one.

The existing alert contains the server-side copy of the strategy settings that existed when the alert was created.

HISTORICAL TRADES ARE DISPLAYED BUT WUNDERTRADING DID NOT EXECUTE THEM

This is normal.

TradingView strategy alerts do not send notifications for historical strategy fills.

Alerts are triggered only for qualifying realtime order fills after the alert has been created and is running.

TRADINGVIEW RESULT AND LIVE EXCHANGE RESULT ARE DIFFERENT

TradingView strategy execution is simulated by its broker emulator, while live exchange execution occurs through:

TradingView → WunderTrading → Exchange API

Live execution can therefore differ because of:

  • latency
  • spread
  • slippage
  • liquidity
  • exchange fees
  • funding
  • quantity restrictions
  • order execution conditions
  • market movement between alert and execution

WunderTrading converts TradingView signals into exchange orders; it cannot make live exchange execution identical to a historical TradingView simulation.

46. QUICK SETUP CHECKLIST

Before activating live automation:

  • NGT Strategy WunderTrading 4.8 access is active
  • TradingView 2FA is enabled
  • WunderTrading account is active
  • Exchange account is connected
  • API has Read permission
