Please read this Disclaimer carefully before using our website, software or services.

1. SOFTWARE AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY

The NEXT GEN TRADE Software Suite is designed to provide traders with technical analysis, market scanning, strategy automation and trading-support tools.

NGT strategies, indicators, scanners, alerts, market information, examples and other content are provided for general informational, analytical and educational purposes.

Nothing provided by NextGenTrade LTD constitutes personalized:

financial advice;
investment advice;
trading advice;
legal advice;
accounting advice; or
tax advice.

NGT software does not take into account your personal financial circumstances, investment objectives, experience, financial situation or individual risk tolerance.

You are solely responsible for deciding whether any trade, investment, strategy or market is appropriate for you.

2. NO GUARANTEE OF PROFIT OR FUTURE PERFORMANCE

No trading strategy, indicator, scanner, algorithm or automated trading system can guarantee profits.

The NEXT GEN TRADE Software Suite is designed to help identify market conditions and support a structured trading process, but it cannot predict future market movements with certainty.

Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Any performance figures, charts, screenshots, examples, strategy results, profit figures, win rates, backtests or simulations displayed on our website, TradingView, YouTube, social media or other materials are provided for illustrative and informational purposes only.

Actual trading results may be materially different.

You may lose some or all of the capital used for trading.

3. TRADINGVIEW STRATEGIES AND BACKTEST RESULTS

NGT strategies may display historical performance through TradingView’s strategy testing functionality.

Backtested or simulated results are hypothetical and should not be interpreted as actual trading results or as a guarantee that the same results can be achieved in live trading.

Historical strategy calculations may differ from real-market execution due to factors including:

intrabar price movements;
differences between historical and real-time market data;
spread;
slippage;
commissions;
funding fees;
liquidity;
order-book conditions;
order execution timing;
minimum order quantities;
tick sizes;
partial fills;
rejected orders;
network latency;
exchange conditions;
strategy configuration;
TradingView calculation settings.

A profitable TradingView backtest therefore does not guarantee that the same trade would have produced the same profit when executed on a real exchange.

Users should evaluate strategies using realistic trading costs and risk parameters before considering live trading.

4. NGT MARKET SCANNERS

NGT Crypto Scanners, Stocks Scanners and other market-scanning tools are designed to filter markets according to predefined technical conditions.

A market appearing in an NGT scanner does not constitute a recommendation to buy, sell or trade that instrument.

Scanner results indicate only that an instrument met certain technical conditions at the time of calculation.

Market conditions can change rapidly.

A high Quality Score, bullish trend indication, RSI condition, moving-average condition, volume condition, volatility filter or any other scanner result does not guarantee that the price will continue to rise or that a trade will be profitable.

Users should perform their own analysis before making any trading decision.

5. CRYPTOCURRENCIES, TOKENIZED ASSETS AND PRECIOUS METALS

NGT software may analyze or display:

cryptocurrencies;
cryptocurrency futures;
tokenized stocks;
tokenized ETFs;
stock-related instruments;
precious-metal-related instruments;
derivatives; and
other exchange-listed trading pairs.

The availability, structure and legal classification of these products may vary between exchanges and jurisdictions.

Depending on the relevant product and trading venue, trading a tokenized stock, tokenized ETF or precious-metal pair may not provide direct ownership of the underlying stock, ETF, commodity or physical precious metal.

Users are responsible for understanding the exact instrument they are trading.

6. HIGH-RISK TRADING

Cryptocurrency, derivatives, futures and leveraged trading involve substantial risk.

Leverage can significantly increase both profits and losses.

Rapid market movements may cause positions to lose value very quickly and, depending on the trading platform and product, may result in liquidation.

Only trade with capital that you can afford to lose.

NGT’s risk-management functions are designed to assist with structured trading but cannot eliminate market risk.

7. DCA AND SAFETY ORDERS

Certain NGT strategies may use Dollar Cost Averaging (DCA), Safety Orders or similar position-management techniques.

DCA does not guarantee that a losing position will recover.

Adding to a position can increase total market exposure and may increase losses if the market continues moving against the position.

Features such as:

Smart DCA;
Smart DCA Protection;
Safety Orders;
trend filters;
emergency exits;
profit protection;
resistance filters; and
other risk-management mechanisms

are designed to manage specific trading conditions but cannot prevent all losses.

Users remain responsible for position sizing, leverage, capital allocation and overall risk management.

8. AUTOMATED TRADING

Certain NGT strategies can generate TradingView alerts that may be used to automate trading through supported third-party services.

Depending on the configuration, this may include connections to exchanges or automation platforms through:

webhooks;
exchange signal bots;
TradingView alerts;
third-party signal bots;
APIs; or
other automation technology.

Automated trading does not guarantee successful execution.

An alert generated by TradingView does not guarantee that an exchange will execute the corresponding order at the same price, at the expected price or at all.

9. DIFFERENCES BETWEEN TRADINGVIEW AND LIVE EXCHANGE RESULTS

Users should understand that TradingView strategy results and real exchange results may differ.

For example, TradingView may calculate that a position closed at a certain price while the actual exchange order may be filled at another price due to:

spread;
slippage;
market volatility;
liquidity;
latency;
order type;
order-book depth;
fees;
funding;
partial fills;
exchange minimums;
price increments; or
other execution conditions.

These differences may cause a trade shown as profitable on TradingView to generate a smaller profit or even a loss when executed on an exchange.

NextGenTrade LTD cannot guarantee identical results between TradingView simulations and live trading.

10. ALERTS, WEBHOOKS AND SIGNAL DELIVERY

TradingView alerts, webhooks and third-party signal systems depend on external technology.

Signals may occasionally be:

delayed;
duplicated;
missed;
rejected;
incorrectly configured;
interrupted;
or unavailable.

Possible causes include internet outages, TradingView outages, exchange outages, API problems, server problems, incorrect user settings, webhook failures, third-party service interruptions or other technical issues.

You should never assume that an automated trading system will operate continuously without supervision.

Users are responsible for monitoring their trading accounts and open positions.

11. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS

The NGT Software Suite may operate with or interact with third-party platforms and services such as:

TradingView, Bybit, Bitget, WunderTrading, NOWPayments and other supported exchanges or service providers.

These companies are independent third parties.

NextGenTrade LTD does not control their:

platforms;
servers;
APIs;
pricing;
trading fees;
market data;
execution systems;
account restrictions;
subscriptions;
terms;
policies; or
service availability.

Use of any third-party service is also subject to that provider’s own terms and policies.

References to third-party brands do not imply that those companies guarantee or endorse NGT’s software or trading results.

12. TRADINGVIEW ACCESS

Some NGT products may be provided through TradingView as Invite-Only scripts.

Access is granted to the TradingView username supplied by the customer after Free Trial approval or subscription activation.

Users are responsible for:

maintaining their own TradingView account;
providing the correct TradingView username;
maintaining any TradingView plan required for the functionality they wish to use;
correctly installing and configuring the scripts;
correctly configuring alerts;
maintaining their TradingView account security.

NextGenTrade LTD does not require your TradingView password.

Access to paid NGT scripts may be removed after a subscription expires, is cancelled, refunded where legally required, or otherwise terminates.

13. FREE TRIAL

A Free Trial is provided so that users can explore the functionality and operation of selected NGT software before purchasing a subscription.

A Free Trial does not guarantee future trading performance.

Results experienced during a trial period may not be representative of future results because market conditions continually change.

Users should use the Free Trial to understand the software and determine whether its functionality is appropriate for their trading workflow.

14. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND CRYPTOCURRENCY PAYMENTS

NGT Software Suite subscriptions may be purchased through cryptocurrency payment services such as NOWPayments.

Payment for access to the software does not represent an investment with NextGenTrade LTD and does not entitle the subscriber to any guaranteed financial return.

Once a paid digital subscription has been activated and access to the NGT Software Suite has been provided, subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except where a refund or statutory remedy is required by applicable law.

15. NO CUSTODY OF TRADING CAPITAL

NextGenTrade LTD does not require users to transfer their trading capital to NextGenTrade LTD in order to use the NGT Software Suite.

Where automated trading is enabled, trading takes place through the user’s selected third-party trading account or service.

NextGenTrade LTD does not guarantee the security, solvency or continued operation of any exchange, broker, payment provider or trading platform.

Users are responsible for selecting and evaluating the platforms on which they hold funds.

16. SOFTWARE ERRORS AND TECHNICAL RISKS

Although we work to develop, test and maintain reliable software, no software can be guaranteed to be completely error-free.

NGT software may contain errors, bugs or unexpected behavior.

Updates to:

TradingView;
Pine Script;
exchanges;
APIs;
webhook systems;
market-data feeds; or
third-party platforms

may also affect software functionality.

NextGenTrade LTD may update, modify or discontinue software functionality when necessary.

Users should always monitor automated systems and should not rely on software as their only form of risk protection.

17. USER SETTINGS AND CONFIGURATION

Many NGT functions contain adjustable settings.

Changes made by the user may significantly affect strategy behavior, trade frequency, risk, drawdown and performance.

Examples include:

leverage;
position size;
DCA settings;
Safety Order settings;
RSI values;
timeframe selection;
trend filters;
take-profit settings;
exit settings;
alert settings; and
automation settings.

NextGenTrade LTD cannot guarantee the performance or safety of settings selected or modified by individual users.

18. NO INDIVIDUAL TRADE RECOMMENDATION

Signals generated by an NGT Strategy or Scanner are generated by software rules and technical conditions.

They should not be interpreted as an individualized recommendation that a particular security, cryptocurrency, derivative or other financial instrument is suitable for you.

The final decision to enter, maintain, modify or close a position always remains with the user.

19. MARKET DATA

NGT software relies on market data made available through TradingView and/or other third-party providers.

We cannot guarantee that all market data is:

complete;
accurate;
real-time;
uninterrupted; or
error-free.

Incorrect, delayed or revised market data may affect indicators, scanner results, signals, alerts and strategy calculations.

20. AVAILABILITY OF TRADING PAIRS

The cryptocurrency, stock-related, tokenized-asset and precious-metal markets analyzed by NGT scanners may change over time.

Exchanges may add, remove, rename, suspend or modify trading instruments without notice.

NextGenTrade LTD therefore does not guarantee that every instrument included in a scanner will remain available for trading at a particular exchange.

Always verify instrument availability directly with your selected trading platform before placing an order.

21. AFFILIATE DISCLOSURE

The NextGenTrade website may contain affiliate or referral links to cryptocurrency exchanges, platforms or third-party service providers.

If you register or purchase a service through certain referral links, NextGenTrade LTD may receive a commission or other benefit.

This normally does not increase the price you pay.

The existence of an affiliate relationship does not eliminate the risks associated with using the relevant platform.

You should independently evaluate any third-party service before opening or funding an account.

22. USER RESPONSIBILITY

By choosing to use NGT software, you remain solely responsible for:

your trading decisions;
your account;
your capital;
your leverage;
your risk management;
your TradingView configuration;
your exchange configuration;
your automated trading settings;
your API or signal-bot configuration;
monitoring open positions;
complying with laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

23. REGIONAL AND LEGAL RESTRICTIONS

Financial products, cryptocurrency products, derivatives and automated trading services may be subject to different regulations in different jurisdictions.

Certain exchanges, products, leverage levels or trading services may not be available or legally permitted in your country.

The presence of a product, exchange or trading pair within NGT software does not mean that the product is legally available to every user.

You are responsible for verifying the laws and regulations applicable to you before using any trading product or service.

24. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NextGenTrade LTD, its directors, employees, contractors and service providers shall not be liable for trading losses or other losses arising from or related to:

use of the NGT Software Suite;
trading decisions based on NGT signals;
automated trading;
failed or delayed orders;
TradingView alerts;
webhook failures;
exchange execution;
slippage;
market volatility;
incorrect user configuration;
third-party platform outages;
market-data errors;
software interruptions;
unauthorized access to a user’s third-party account;
or inability to access the software.

Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits any liability or statutory consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

25. CHANGES TO THE SOFTWARE

NextGenTrade LTD continuously develops the NGT Software Suite.

We may add, remove, modify or improve:

trading logic;
indicators;
scanners;
filters;
supported markets;
user settings;
automation functions;
integrations; and
other features.

Screenshots, videos, tutorials and documentation may therefore occasionally show an earlier version of the software.

Users should rely on the functionality and documentation applicable to the version currently available to them.
