This Privacy Policy explains how NextGenTrade LTD (“NextGenTrade”, “NGT”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit nextgentradeltd.com, request a free trial, purchase a subscription or use the NEXT GEN TRADE Software Suite.

The NGT Software Suite includes TradingView-based strategies, indicators, market scanners and related software tools.

Depending on how you use our website and services, we may collect:

TradingView username
Telegram username or Social Link
Subscription plan and subscription status
Free Trial information
Payment ID and payment status
Limited cryptocurrency transaction information provided by our payment processor
Messages and information you send to customer support
IP address, browser, device and basic website usage information
Cookie and technical information necessary for website operation and security

We do not request your cryptocurrency wallet private keys, seed phrase, exchange password or TradingView password.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use personal information only when reasonably necessary to:

process Free Trial requests;
identify your TradingView account;
provide access to NGT TradingView software;
activate, manage and terminate subscriptions;
verify payments;
provide technical and customer support;
communicate important information regarding your subscription;
protect our website and software from abuse or unauthorized access;
comply with legal, accounting and regulatory requirements.

Free Trial information is used to process and administer your trial. We do not use your Free Trial application information for unrelated marketing purposes unless you separately agree to receive marketing communications.

4. TRADINGVIEW ACCESS AND SOFTWARE ACTIVATION

The NGT Software Suite operates primarily through the TradingView platform.

NGT strategies, indicators and scanners may be provided as Invite-Only TradingView scripts.

To receive access, you must provide us with your correct TradingView username.

After your Free Trial or paid subscription has been approved, NextGenTrade LTD may grant the supplied TradingView account permission to access the relevant NGT software.

Once permission has been granted, the NGT software can normally be found inside your TradingView account under:

Indicators → Invite-only scripts

You can then select the relevant NGT strategy, indicator or scanner and add it to your TradingView chart.

The software is generally not installed as a downloadable application on your computer. Access is provided through your TradingView account.

5. YOUR TRADINGVIEW ACCOUNT

You are responsible for:

maintaining an active TradingView account;
providing the correct TradingView username;
maintaining access to your TradingView account;
selecting a TradingView subscription plan appropriate for the TradingView functionality you intend to use;
correctly configuring charts, indicators, strategies and alerts;
maintaining the security of your TradingView login credentials.

NextGenTrade LTD will never need your TradingView password in order to grant access to the NGT Software Suite.

If your TradingView username changes, you must notify us so that access can be updated where technically possible.

6. FREE TRIAL ACCESS

Where offered, NextGenTrade LTD may provide temporary Free Trial access to selected NGT software.

Free Trial access:

is linked to the TradingView username supplied by the user;
is personal and non-transferable;
may be limited in duration;
may automatically expire at the end of the trial period;
does not automatically create a paid subscription unless the user separately purchases one.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit or terminate Free Trial access in cases of abuse, repeated trial requests, false information or attempted unauthorized access.

7. PAID SUBSCRIPTION ACCESS

Paid NGT subscriptions provide access for the subscription period selected during purchase.

Access is personal to the subscriber and the TradingView account specified during activation.

Unless otherwise expressly agreed, one subscription may not be shared, transferred, resold or used to provide access to unrelated third parties.

When a subscription expires and is not renewed, NextGenTrade LTD may remove the user’s TradingView permission to access the relevant NGT Invite-Only scripts.

Removing TradingView access after expiration does not require access to the user’s TradingView password or account credentials.

8. TRADINGVIEW IS A THIRD-PARTY SERVICE

TradingView is an independent third-party platform and is not owned or operated by NextGenTrade LTD.

Your use of TradingView is also subject to TradingView’s own Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, technical requirements and subscription conditions.

NextGenTrade LTD cannot guarantee continuous availability of TradingView or any third-party service.

Platform outages, changes to TradingView functionality, account restrictions, TradingView subscription limitations or other matters controlled by TradingView are outside the direct control of NextGenTrade LTD.

9. AUTOMATED TRADING AND THIRD-PARTY CONNECTIONS

Certain NGT strategies may be capable of generating TradingView alerts or signals that users can connect to supported exchanges, webhook systems, signal bots or third-party automation services.

The user is responsible for the configuration and security of any external trading account or automation service.

NextGenTrade LTD does not require users to provide cryptocurrency wallet private keys, seed phrases or exchange account passwords through our website.

Third-party platforms such as TradingView, NOWPayments, exchanges and automation providers operate under their own privacy policies and terms.

10. CRYPTOCURRENCY PAYMENTS THROUGH NOWPAYMENTS

Subscription payments may be processed using NOWPayments, an independent third-party cryptocurrency payment processor.

When making a payment, NOWPayments may process information necessary to complete and verify the cryptocurrency transaction.

NextGenTrade LTD may receive limited payment-related information such as:

Payment ID
Payment status
Subscription amount
Selected cryptocurrency
Transaction reference
Information necessary to identify the subscription purchase

NOWPayments processes information according to its own Privacy Policy, Terms and payment procedures.

NextGenTrade LTD does not control the blockchain network, cryptocurrency wallet or exchange from which a customer sends payment.

11. PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY

NGT subscriptions provide access to digital software and digital services.

Once a cryptocurrency subscription payment made through NOWPayments has been confirmed and access to the NGT Software Suite has been activated, subscription fees are generally non-refundable.

By requesting immediate activation of the subscription, the customer expressly requests that delivery of the digital service begins immediately after payment confirmation.

Once access has been activated and digital performance has begun, the customer acknowledges that cancellation, withdrawal or refund rights may be limited or lost to the extent permitted by applicable law.

No refund will be provided merely because the customer:

changes their mind;
does not use the software;
fails to configure TradingView correctly;
provides an incorrect TradingView username and fails to request correction;
does not have the appropriate TradingView functionality or subscription;
experiences trading losses;
does not achieve expected trading results;
stops trading during the subscription period.

Cryptocurrency payments are also subject to blockchain network conditions. Customers are responsible for checking the cryptocurrency, blockchain network, destination address and payment amount before sending a payment.

This no-refund policy applies except where a refund, cancellation or statutory remedy is mandatory under applicable consumer law.

Nothing in this Privacy Policy excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

12. NO ACCESS TO CUSTOMER FUNDS

Purchasing or using the NGT Software Suite does not give NextGenTrade LTD ownership or custody of your trading capital.

We do not require customers to transfer trading capital to NextGenTrade LTD in order to use the TradingView software.

Where users connect NGT signals to third-party trading platforms, their funds remain subject to the account, custody and terms of the selected exchange or service provider.

13. DATA SHARING

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

We may share limited information where necessary with service providers that help us operate the website and provide our services, including:

website hosting providers;
email and communication providers;
payment processors such as NOWPayments;
TradingView where necessary for software access;
technical and security providers;
professional advisers where legally necessary;
authorities where disclosure is required by law.

Only information reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose will be processed.

14. TELEGRAM INFORMATION

Where we request your Telegram username or Social Link, it is primarily used to identify you, contact you regarding your subscription or provide customer support.

We will not ask for your Telegram password.

Your use of Telegram is governed separately by Telegram’s own terms and privacy policies.

15. DATA RETENTION

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to:

provide your Free Trial or subscription;
manage TradingView access;
maintain payment and accounting records;
provide customer support;
prevent fraud and misuse;
meet legal obligations;
resolve disputes.

When information is no longer required, it may be deleted, anonymized or securely archived where retention is legally required.

NGT software provides technical trading tools, market analysis, scanners, strategies and automation functionality.

No trading strategy, indicator, scanner, signal or automated system can guarantee future results.

Users remain responsible for their own trading decisions, account configuration, risk management and use of the software.
